Today is public holiday ,, so I have a lot of time to prepare something different today. Yes, I prepare pork satay today, because during school holiday, especially in the morning, I won't have extra time to make satay and put in lunch boxes together.
I already marinade the pork for an hour before I grilled the satay. Marinades and flavourings for satay need not be too difficult to put
together. I used what I have in the store cupboard and
fridge.I put soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Because they went for swimming today with their friends. I have to prepare these satay with onigiri ,, with chocolate jelly for dessert ,,, and I put all together in their lunch boxes. Enjoy ,,, and have a nice day girls. (^^,)
